SHIPPING POLICY
Typical Shipping
Domestic Orders: All U.S. orders are shipped within 1-4 business days (not including weekends). We ship to all 50 states via USPS. Please note that we cannot guarantee arrival dates and are not responsible for any delays.
At this time we do not offer international shipping.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you ordered the wrong size or style, e-mail us at sunsetstonesco@gmail.com. We will have you place a new order (if same item is still in stock) and have you send the original item(s) back for a refund. We will not process your refund until we receive the returned items. We will provide a paid label for return of the items but the buyer will need to pay shipping for the new item.
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t replace, return, or exchange any product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it. Please email sunsetstonesco@gmail.com to initiate the return process.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Replacements
All items are handmade, and while there is quality control on all our pieces, with handmade items, there is always the chance that there may be slight imperfections.
If your items arrive damaged, or break due to a flaw in design, you have 30 days from the date you received your order to contact us via email at sunsetstonesco@gmail.com with a photo of the damage for your items to be replaced.
